Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Puffyless ("the app", "we", "us"), published by Abhishek Parasher, handles information when you use the Puffyless iOS app. Questions: feedback@1repm.com.

1. Information stored only on your device

The following is created and kept on your device and is never sent to us:

• Your answers during onboarding (areas that feel puffy, when you like to depuff, preferred routine length) and your settings.
• Routine history, including completion times, how you felt, streaks and minutes.
• Progress photos you choose to take. They're saved in the app's private storage and are never uploaded by Puffyless. We don't analyse your face or appearance.
• Your daily reminder time. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device.

If your device backs up app data (for example to iCloud), that backup is controlled by you and your Apple Account, not by us.

2. Camera

Puffyless asks for camera access only when you choose to take a progress photo. The image stays on your device. You can turn camera access off at any time in your device Settings.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

Payments are processed by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see or store your payment card details.

To confirm whether you have an active Premium subscription, the app uses RevenueCat, a subscription-management service. RevenueCat receives your purchase history (such as the product purchased, transaction dates and subscription status) together with a random, anonymous app user ID generated on your device. This is used to validate receipts, prevent fraud, restore purchases and give us aggregated subscription reporting. It isn't linked to your name, email or other contact details, and it isn't used for advertising or tracking.

4. What we don't do

• No accounts, logins or sign-up.
• No advertising, and no advertising identifiers (IDFA).
• No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
• No selling or sharing of personal information.

5. Health and wellness information

Information such as which areas of your face feel puffy and how you felt after a routine is general wellness information. It stays on your device and is not shared. Puffyless is not a medical device and doesn't provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

6. Retention and deletion

On-device data stays until you delete it. Go to Puffyless → Profile → Delete all local data, or delete the app. Subscription records held by Apple and RevenueCat are kept as needed to provide and verify your subscription and to meet legal and accounting obligations. To ask for RevenueCat subscription records associated with your anonymous ID to be deleted, email us.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, the GDPR and US state privacy laws), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to its processing. Because almost everything stays on your device, you can exercise most of these rights directly in the app. For anything else, email feedback@1repm.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

8. Children

Puffyless is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Security

Data on your device is protected by your device's security features, such as its passcode and encryption. Communication with Apple and RevenueCat uses encrypted connections.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app.
